Fund Raiser

On Oct 21st we will be holding an Art Fundraiser.

Where ..... Marshfield Clinic-Weston Center

When ...... 5:30 - 8:30 pm

Who can donate .......  Any current member, even if NOT in the COLORAMA Exhibit.

How it works .... WVAG's 25% of COLORAMA exhibit works sold will be donated to "Cancer Care."

                       

                        ..... Exhibit pieces will be red-dotted and remain until the end; Dec 6th.

                        ..... Artists who donate to the event, or are part of COLORAMA, can choose to donate any portion of their 75%.  

                     

                        ..... Art sold at the event on Oct 21st will be taken by the purchasers at the end of the night.

                       

                        ..... Unsold art brought in for the event in Oct will be removed at the end of the night by the donating artist or another member as arranged by the donating artist.

 Entry forms and sign-up sheets will be at our Sept 22nd meeting.  These will be mailed to members who are not at the meeting.
