I've been thinking about a place to have our blow-out scratch and dent sale.
We discussed at the meeting a sale weekend to get rid of the art we have in our basements.
We all have it, the work that is too small, dented a little, scratched, or we just don't want it in inventory anymore.
Where would you suggest we have such a sale?

Perhaps the CVA classroom if it is not being used; or third floor of the public library--I'm not sure what their rental fee is; a hotel meeting/conference room; a local church conference room...
I think something like a hotel conference room would work much better if not to costly (when split by the artitis), being more accessable for the public. Library in Point doesn't allow any use of their rooms that involve exchange of money, this may be an issue in Wausau as well. A church/school or organization with a hall would be a good idea as well, likely involving some % for a cause (which wouldn't be a bad idea no matter where we have it.) I,however am not associated with any group that has a hall I would have an art fair at.
