1. MEMBERSHIP LIST: Your committee has been very hard at work gathering information for you. This list will be available for you at the meeting. IT WILL NOT BE EMAILED TO YOU.
2. NEW MEMBERS: Packets will be available; please feel free to invite a friend to join the WVAG.
3. SCRAPBOOK: We have started a new scrapbook for the Guild. This will be at all of the meetings for you to view. Feel free to bring in any articles to add to our scrapbook.
4. DEMO: Theda Neubauer-Hewuse will be presenting a watercolor demo. Thanks Theda.
5. AWARDS: Awards will be presented to the winners of the Cattails and Flowers Exhibit. Our members helped with finding the judge and worked for three hours on the judging day.

6. FORMER MEMBERS: Many member packs have been mailed to former members. We hope to see their work in our gallery this summer.
7. WORKSHOPS/EXHIBITS: We will have information on art events , workshops, and exhibits at the meeting. Bring your ideas to share with us.
8. CATTAILS AND FLOWERS EXHIBIT: Come at 5:00 pm to view the gallery. It is like stepping into Spring!
9. We love treats!! Feel free to bring some for us. We are looking for a member to be our “Sunshine” person. Could that be you?
10. Contact us if you are interested in helping with any of the following for the WVAG?
a. Working on judging day or finding judges.
b. Doing a demo or lead a discussion on art related ideas
c. Ideas for topics for our meetings.
d. Other ideas.
