The word paradigm (pronounced /ˈpærədaɪm/) has been used to describe distinct concepts. It comes from Greek "παράδειγμα" (paradeigma), "pattern, example, sample"
Think of a Paradigm Shift as a change from one way of thinking to another. It's a revolution, a transformation, a sort of metamorphosis. It just does not happen, but rather it is driven by agents of change.
The way the guild does business and handles it's affairs is going to change radically, for the better, and very quickly.
Already, pages of rules that were deemed innappropriate or otherwise useless are gone. GONE! Never to be heard from again.
The over riding consensus was that we all love the guild, and want it to be the best that it can be. From now on that is what we will be striving for.
All the things members have been suggesting is being taken into account. This is OUR guild!
Sharon and ChandraLyn are beginning to wrestle with it at this time and sweeping new changes have taken place, with more to come!
